The Office of University Relations is the world鈥檚 conduit to South Carolina State University. Our office is responsible for making sure the SC State brand is well known with a positive vibe not only in South Carolina but also across the United States and around the globe.
We publicize SC State鈥檚 programs, services and achievements to important stakeholders to drive the public鈥檚 appreciation for what this university does for its students, families and communities. Our University Relations team assists administrators, faculty and staff members with writing and distributing their internal and external communications.
Our staff works in concert with the Marketing Department to ensure that SC State always has its best foot forward, particularly during such key events as Homecoming, Founders Day, and Fall and Spring Commencement.
